Do you accept insurance?

Yes. We accept Aetna, Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Tricare, ComPsych EAP, FEI EAP, Magellan EAP and Behavior Health Systems EAP.

How long will i need to be in therapy?

The length of treatment depends.

What’s your attendance policY?

Please see the Informed Consent provides in your Initial Paperwork.

Some of my symptoms have worsened since starting therapy. Is this normal?

Change is difficult.

What happens if i miss my appointment or cancel my appointment without providing my clinician 24-hourS notice?

A No-Show fee is charged. This fee must be paid prior to rescheduling.

Do yOu have a sliding scale fee?

Yes, FHCC offers a reduced rate for uninsured or under insured clients. Please call our office to discuss the current sliding scale fee.
